App vs Browser Access
Our sakuratoto Android app offers offline access to game rules and account settings, faster load times on slower connections, and push notifications for tournament schedules and withdrawal confirmations. The browser version works on all devices but requires an internet connection at all times. Both paths use the same account, the same game library, and the same payment options. Choose whichever works best for your device and usage pattern.
Device Compatibility
We at sakuratoto support Android 7 and later on all phones and tablets. iOS users need iOS 12 or later. Web access works on Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on any device with a modern browser. If your device is older than these specifications, you may experience slow loading or missing features. We recommend updating your operating system before installing our app or accessing our site.
Common Installation Issues
Android users may see a warning about "Unknown Sources" — this is normal because our APK comes from our website, not the Google Play Store. To proceed, go to your device settings, find Security or Apps, and enable installation from unknown sources. iOS users do not face this issue because browser-based access does not require permission changes. If you see a certificate warning in your browser, this is a security check — proceed only if you are visiting sakuratoto.app. If installation fails, clear your browser cache, restart your device, and try again.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
Our sakuratoto app requests permission to access your device's calendar (for tournament reminders), contacts (never used), and notifications (for withdrawal alerts). We do not access your photos, location, or other private data. Your account login uses encryption, and your password is never stored in plain text. Payment details are encrypted and transmitted securely to our payment processors. We keep your identity documents (ID, proof of address) encrypted on our servers and use them only for account verification. Your transaction history is visible only to you and our support team.
